Our Apprenticeship Programs​
Apprenticeships:
We currently employ L2 & L3 engineering operative apprentices, but we are open to consider any relevant courses that interest you, so get in touch and start your career with us at IST!
Our Placements and Graduate Schemes:
Our graduate scheme is open to both those in their final year of university, and those who have already graduated. To apply, we ask you to have achieved or be working towards a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering or technical subject area. Grades below 2:1 will be considered given relevant skills and experience are demonstrated. Our team will support you all the way and help you to develop your skills, but you should also have a proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work on your own initiative and take responsibility and accountability for your work and development. We also offer internships (also for bachelor's or master's thesis research) and summer placements.
